Buena Vista Property Management looks at the overall screening results of your rental application. While each credit line is evaluated individually, the approval decision is based on the overall results of your credit, rental history, employment, and public records search. We approve rental applications whenever possible, but having negative history on any of the preceding credit may result in your application not being approved.

Without you submitting a completed rental application, we are unable to inform you if you would be approved. There are many variables that go into the decision making process and we will need to have the application results back to us prior to being able to make a decision.
