Steve: Is an 8-year veteran of the U.S. Navy who worked as a nuclear power plant operator and prototype staff instructor. He moved with his family to the Tri-Cities area in 2002 to work at the Fast Flux Test Facility (FFTF) on the Hanford site. In 2012 he moved over to the Army Corps of Engineers for another 6-years to work at Ice Harbor Dam in Environmental Compliance. His professional career has been dedicated to understanding the requirements of state and federal regulations and getting the job done in operations.
In 2005 Steve began managing an 8-plex in Pasco that was purchased by his mother as an investment property. Due to the success of this investment, his mother bought another 4-plex in Pasco and his in-laws purchased two 4-plexes in Kennewick. In 2010 Steve completed his BS in Environmental Science from WSU. In 2011 he left the Hanford site to pursue the start up of Buena Vista Property Management, LLC. He became a licensed managing broker and started his own real estate firm in early 2012. He returned to work for a time, but continued to slowly build up the property management business. In 2022 he left full time work all together to manage rental properties exclusively.
Desiree: Steve's wife of more than twenty years and friend for more than thirty years. She has worked with several start-up companies in the Silicon Valley as secretary, clerk, bookkeeper, and all around office specialist. She successfully homeschooled their three children; developing lesson plans, instructing the children, and maintaining all the required records for the state.
Together they make an excellent team, dedicated to family, church, and the building of their family business. Their commitment is to the owners and tenants for quality service and excellent communication. Not to just collect rents and pay bills, but to work hard to navigate changing regulations and to build relationships that will protect your investment and give you the peace of mind you need when renting out your property and/or home.
